The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Blended course consists of a combination of self-paced online lessons and a one-week in-class instructor led workshop.  The blended approach gives participants the flexibility to set their own schedule and progress at their own pace, stopping and starting lessons whenever they wish, and reviewing lessons as needed. Approximately 27 hours on self paced online lessons must be completed prior to attending the one- week in-class session.

All online courses use a mix of multimedia to present materials, including text, synchronized audio slide shows, audio lectures, diagrams and interactive practice exercises and questions.

The in-class workshop uses a mix of lectures, team breakout activities, software practice exercises, discussions, examples, and ample opportunity for questions and application.

As a part of the course, it is expected that the participants come with a project to work on so that they can immediately apply their knowledge and realize a return on investment on a specific business issue.  GB Certification is optional.

The course enrollment fee includes access to online content, a printed course manual for the in-class session, two text books and SPC XL software.
