| | | | | | | | LEAN SIX SIGMA TRAIN THE TRAINER 2-DAY SUPPLEMENT This two-day hands-on workshop provides participants with the additional training needed to be able to train Lean Six Sigma Green Belts and Black Belts in one's employer company using AAA material. Participants must have already taken the AAA seven-day TTT workshop and been qualified to teach AAA (non Lean) Six Sigma material.
This two-day workshop does not provide additional coverage on presentation techniques and the Air Academy philosophy since these topics are part of the seven-day workshop. Instead, participants will learn the Lean material that has been included in the new Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt courses introduced in Spring 2006. In particular, the facilitation of the classroom exercises is discussed in detail.
Participants will receive guidelines, schedules, and course objectives for teaching the 4-week Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and 2-week Lean Six Sigma Green Belt courses.
The intended audience is anyone who is already qualified to teach AAA (non Lean) Six Sigma courses who desires to be able to also teach the new AAA Lean Six Sigma courses.
