Quantum XL is an easy to use Excel add-in for Monte Carlo Simulation, Robust Design, and Tolerance Allocation.  It includes all of the features contained in the DFSS Master software package plus the features referenced below.  Customers with a DFSS Master license may upgrade to Quantum XL for $199.00.  See conditions noted at the bottom of the page.
