House of Quality templates for use with Excel

Available templates include:

        - a Traditional House of Quality with successive HOQs within the same workbook;
          automatic graphing; excellent for instructional purposes.

         - an Extended House of Quality with a multi-tab design; ability to add 250+
          requirements to either requirement list; conditional formatting (borders,
          shading, etc., appear as you enter new text); suited for the experienced
          QFD user

         - and the Extended House of Quality (Multi) which combines the features of the
          Extended House of Quality template and successive HOQs within the same
          workbook.

These user-friendly templates help keep you on track with development of customer requirements as they prevent you from mistakenly entering data that will corrupt your HOQ or from accidentally overwriting or deleting any formulas.
